3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks).
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used — deposits through third parties are not accepted.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jaja9 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, a bonus of ৳1,200 will be added, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw funds from this bonus, a wager of 10 times the bonus amount — i.e. ৳12,000 — must be completed.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after wagering requirements have been met.
• While a bonus is active, real money and bonus money are tracked separately.
• jaja9 reserves the right to change the terms of any promotion or cancel a promotion.
• If evidence of collecting bonuses through fraudulent means is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

jaja9's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level provides a weekly cashback benefit, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net losses. For example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive a maximum cashback of ৳100 (৳20,000 × 0.5%). Playing more automatically moves you to a higher level.

All games and betting services available on jaja9 are operated according to specific rules. The individual rules for each game are described on that game's page and users should familiarise themselves with them before playing.

5.1 Gaming Prohibitions

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Any form of manipulation or cheating to alter the outcome of a game is completely prohibited.
• Collusion or gaining unfair advantage through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Attempting to gain abnormal advantages by exploiting any technical error is not permitted — all funds obtained in such an event will be considered void.

5.2 Betting Rules

In the sports betting section, the outcome of each bet is settled based on the relevant official result. If a match is abandoned or suspended mid-way, the associated bet will be settled according to jaja9's own rules. jaja9 reserves the right to review and void any bet accepted at incorrect odds.
